Meet The Staff

Dr. Jacy Bingham, DVM

Dr. Jacy Bingham is a mixed animal veterinarian and the new owner of Dublin Veterinary Clinic as of 2026. She has been part of the clinic family for many years, first joining the team as a technician in 2012 while earning her Bachelor’s degree from Tarleton State University, completed in 2013. Dr. Bingham (formerly Rosson) went on to receive her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M University in 2017 and returned to continue serving the Dublin community she calls home. Her practice includes both large and small animal medicine, and she enjoys building lasting relationships with clients while providing compassionate, high-quality care for their pets and livestock. Dr. Bingham lives in Dublin with her husband, Jakob, and their daughter, Clara.

Dr. Price Ruffin, DVM

Dr. Price Ruffin grew up on his family’s ranch in Mason, Texas, where he developed a lifelong passion for livestock and rural veterinary medicine. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science in 2018 and earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2023. Since graduating, Dr. Ruffin has practiced in both Kansas and central Texas, gaining experience in a variety of mixed animal cases. He enjoys all aspects of veterinary practice, with a special interest in food animal medicine and surgery, and he values building strong relationships with the clients and communities he serves. In his free time, Price enjoys hunting, fishing, and raising livestock. His wife, Kylie—an Erath County native—works as a nurse practitioner in Brownwood.

Dr. J. Dennis Reed, DVM

Dr. J. Dennis Reed, DVM, formerly owned Dublin Veterinary Clinic from August 1975 until December 2025. He graduated from the Texas A&M School of Veterinary Medicine in August 1975 and has built a long career caring for both large and small animals. Dr. Reed is married to Connie Reed, and together they have 5 children. His particular interests include surgery and bovine reproduction, and he is a member of the TVMA, AVMA, and AABP. Although mostly retired, Dr. Reed still enjoys coming into the clinic to work a few days each week, continuing to support the team and the clients he has served for decades.

Laura Tucker

Laura has worked at Dublin Veterinary Clinic since 2004 and is truly a jack-of-all-trades around the clinic. She is the smiling face that welcomes clients when they walk through the door and helps ensure every visit runs smoothly. From reception to technician duties to caring for patients in the kennels, Laura is always ready to step in wherever she is needed. She is married to Howard Tucker, and they have two children, Tiffany and Michael.

Tiffany Ruiz

Tiffany has worked at Dublin Veterinary Clinic since 2010 and serves as our head technician, always tackling her duties with a smile and strong work ethic. No task is too big or too small for Tiffany, and she keeps the clinic running smoothly whether she is greeting clients at the front desk or assisting with an all-day herd work in the Texas heat. She is a certified Veterinary Assistant Level 1 through TVMA and a 2013 graduate of Dublin High School. Tiffany is married to her husband, Marco, and they enjoy being part of the local community.

Lizbeth Solis

Lizbeth has been part of Dublin Veterinary Clinic since 2022 and is a Certified Veterinary Assistant Level 1. She graduated from Dublin High School in 2023 and went on to earn her associate’s degree from Ranger College in 2025. Lizbeth enjoys supporting both the veterinarians and her fellow technicians to help provide attentive, efficient care for patients and their owners.

Katie Smith

Katie has been part of Dublin Veterinary Clinic since 2023 and is a valued member of our support staff. She graduated from Huntington High School in 2016 and went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in animal science from Tarleton State University in 2023. Katie enjoys putting her education and experience to work by helping care for patients and assisting the veterinary team wherever she is needed.

Macanea "Mac" Powell

Mac has been part of Dublin Veterinary Clinic since 2023 and contributes her strong academic background to the team. She graduated from North Marion High School in 2017 and completed her undergraduate degree in Animal Science (Pre-Vet) at Tarleton State University in 2023. Mac went on to earn her master’s degree in animal health technology and industries from Texas Tech University in 2024. She enjoys applying her education in animal health to support the veterinarians and provide quality care for patients at the clinic

Kyla Tatum

Kyla has been part of Dublin Veterinary Clinic since 2022 and is an important member of our patient care team. She graduated from Clyde High School in 2021 and is currently working toward her bachelor’s degree in animal science with a rehabilitation concentration at Tarleton State University, with plans to graduate in 2026. Kayla enjoys gaining hands-on experience while she completes her education and loves helping care for animals both in the clinic and in the field.

Haze Tomascik

Haze has been part of Dublin Veterinary Clinic since 2024 and is a valued member of our support team. He graduated from Franklin High School in 2022 and is currently completing his bachelor’s degree in animal science with a pre-veterinary concentration at Tarleton State University, with plans to graduate in May 2026. Haze has been accepted into the Texas Tech veterinary program and will begin his veterinary studies in the fall of 2026. He enjoys gaining hands-on experience in the clinic as he prepares for a future career as a veterinarian.

Cashlin Farr

Cashlin has been part of Dublin Veterinary Clinic since 2025 and is a dedicated member of our support team. She graduated from Wylie High School in Abilene in 2024 and is currently studying agricultural business at Tarleton State University, with plans to graduate in May 2028. Cashlin enjoys combining her interest with hands-on experience in the clinic to help care for both clients and their animals.

O'Malley

O’Malley is our friendly orange clinic cat and official greeter at Dublin Veterinary Clinic. He has been part of the DVC family since 2020 and loves saying hello to clients and supervising the front desk between naps.

Aggie

Aggie is our calico clinic cat and a beloved member of the DVC family. She has been with us since 2023 and can often be found lounging around the clinic and keeping an eye on the daily activity.
